PromptOptBase provides free, informational browser tools that help you structure prompts before you paste them into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other models. Tools run locally in your tab; we are not a hosted AI API and do not generate model responses for you.

Outputs are planning aids for prompt structure — not legal, tax, marketing-compliance, or security advice. Templates and rewrites may be wrong for your jurisdiction, industry, or platform rules. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that carry legal or regulatory risk.

The site and tools are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any rewrite or template will improve model behavior or business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptOptBase and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including lost profits, lost data, or reliance on tool output.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the site in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. The site is free, so (b) typically applies.

You are responsible for reviewing all text before pasting it into a model, document, or customer-facing channel. Provide accurate facts in forms; do not misrepresent credentials, data sources, or constraints.

You are also responsible for complying with the terms and safety policies of any third-party AI platform you use with outputs from this site.

Do not use the site to build prompts whose primary purpose is to bypass safety policies, jailbreak models, harass others, or generate prohibited or illegal content.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, probe infrastructure without permission, or use automated means in ways that impose unreasonable load. We may block abuse at the infrastructure level.

Site branding, layout, code, and the template library are owned by PromptOptBase or its licensors. You may copy template text for your own prompt workflows.

You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the site as a competing product, resell access, or remove attribution without permission.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other product names mentioned on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. PromptOptBase is an independent project and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other model providers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or page at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
