Turn prompt techniques into filled-in frameworks.
Optimization techniques are easier when they are slots you can fill, not a blog list you skim. Pick a framework, answer each field, and we emit a ready prompt.
Pair with the Optimizer when you already have a messy draft; use this page when you want a technique applied from a clean brief.

Role · Task · Format — the quickest way to aim a model.
Fill at least one slot and click Apply framework.
How this works
Techniques become templates with required fields. We do not score prompt quality with a model; empty required slots block generate with inline errors so you know what is missing before you paste.
Run one framework, copy the result, and paste into the Optimizer for a second pass if the wording still feels tangled. Mixing frameworks in one click is intentionally not supported — that usually hides which technique you actually applied.

RTF
Role, Task, Format — three slots, fastest when you already know what you want and just need labels.
CARE / CRISPE
Better when context and voice repeat weekly — client work, brand tone, standing rules you do not want to retype.
RISEN
Multi-step tasks with a defined finish line. Useful when the model skips intermediate steps unless you name them.
Chain of Thought
Explicit reasoning instructions before the answer. Use when you get confident wrong conclusions from one-shot asks.
When this beats the Optimizer
Start here with a clean brief and a technique you already trust from a guide or teammate. Use the Optimizer when you inherited someone else's messy prompt and need redlines, not a blank form. Neither page calls a model — they just shape text differently.
